Swim session at Beccles Lido - 7pm until 8pm.

"Snaking Lanes Practice" with Chris to prepare for Beccles Tri.

Everyone emulates the actual triathlon swim of 480m.

This gives those doing the triathlon a real test, not just on pacing/timing but the technique to navigate underneath the lane ropes.

Please go on the waiting list if the session is full.

Priority will go to members.

We will confirm Saturday night if the session will go ahead.
