Hi All,

it's that time of year again! Here are the details for our cross country event next Sunday:

Date: Sunday 4th November

Race HQ: Framlingham Sports Club, Badingham Road, IP13 9HS.

(race start/finish is a 5 min walk from HQ)

Race Times and Approx Distances:

Seniors 11.05am, 5 miles.

Info: Seniors is £4 per runner.

- You must wear a club vest/t-shirt. If you have any spare please bring them along as not all our members have kit yet. Suzy will be bring loads of any females need one.

- Teas/Coffees + CAKE will be available at Race HQ!!

- Loads of Toilet facilities/Showers/Changing rooms available at Race HQ.

-Please note that NO DOGS are allowed on the Sports Club field. (they're ok around the start/finish area though)

-Please car-share wherever possible. If the weather turns wet next week, parking will be extremely limited. Car sharing REALLY helps out the host club.

-Suggest meeting at HQ around 10.30? For people to sign on.. me explain how it works etc
