Weather is looking good for tomorrow’s XC run at Framlingham. Just a reminder this is a really friendly low key event. There is no pressure to get a good time. Just good fun winter training with hot drinks and cake after. You can run for BTC if you are a member and are not affiliated to another club in the league. For example if you are affiliated to England Athletics with Norwich Road runners you can run for us. However if you are affiliated through Waveney valley you can’t. You don’t need to be affiliated to run for us at XC. You do also have to wear a club top. If you don’t have one I am going to bring a load of female ones. If anyone else has spare tops they can bring that would be great. Think Marcus will be busy at the next kit order 😊 Thanks all and see you tomorrow Suzy
