October 20th – Bike Session - Goodies Food Hall [10am start] October 21st – Monday Swim Session, 19:30–20:30 and 20:30–21:30 options October 23rd – Wednesday Swim Session, 20.00–20.45 and 20:45–21:30 options October 24th – Run Session - Nicole | 800 metre repeats
October 27th – MTB Session - Lowestoft to Southwold with stop at Adnams [10am start]
