November 4th – Monday Swim Session, 19.30–20.30 and 20:30–21:30 options November 6th – Wednesday Swim Session, 20.00–20.45 and 20:45–21:30 options November 7th – Run Session - Nicole | Manic Miles note change of meet location to Beccles Lido for this event due to a Parents Evening being held at the High School

November 9th – BTC parkrun Social - Eaton Park, Norwich

November 10th – MTB Social - High Lodge, Thetford
